Day 1/September 6th left us with the message about learning to trust yourself and act on what feels right for you. Often, we wait for permission, validation, or the okay from someone else before making decisions. We may second-guess ourselves or feel like we need to know all the answers before taking action. But the truth is, we don’t.

There’s immense power in simply trusting that what you feel is enough. Your feelings are your guide. When something feels right, it often is.. As long as your actions are honorable and rooted in truth, that’s all that matters.

In my own life, I’ve often found myself in situations where I hesitated to act because I was waiting for the “right time” or approval from the “right people.” But the more I’ve learned to trust myself, the clearer my path has become. Self-trust grows when we take action based on our feelings, even when the outcome is uncertain.

Trust your inner intuition, make time for yourself each day, act on your truth, because even if it’s just little steps , they are steps one the less , in the right direction.

Picture trust as if it were a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger it becomes. And when you trust yourself, you empower yourself to live a life that is authentically yours.

Let’s reflect on one decision we’ve been hesitant to make because we’re waiting for external approval? How can we begin to trust ourselves in that situation? We will only fail if we never try!!!!
